Gate Admission
An admission fee is charged and collected on the main show grounds, somewhat behind the entertainment shelter. All children 11 years old and younger will be admitted free. Everyone 12 years old and up will be charged $7.00 per person and will be fitted with a no-tear, waterproof wrist band to wear for the duration of their visit. Three-day bands can also be purchased at the gate for $15.00.
If you are a current member of the association, be sure to bring your 2011 membership card. Present it at the gate and you will be given your wrist band. No one over the age of 11 will be permitted on the show grounds without a wrist band!

(One coupon per entrant.) Going one step further: in an effort to strongly encourage online pre-registration, all who submit their Online Registration Forms by Friday, August 5, 2011, will receive TWO FREE ICE CREAM COUPONS! Membership
With the implementation of wrist bands last year, membership works a little differently. If you are a current member of the association and already have a 2011 membership card (given at the 2010 show or at the 2010 annual meeting), please present that at the gate to gain free admittance to the show. If you are planning to pay for your 2011 membership before the 2011 show, your payment will need to be received in the Threshermen Office no later than Wednesday, August 10, 2011. Your name will be added to a list of current members placed at each gate, so please inquire there.
Membership monies received at the Registration Office during the 2011 show will be applied to the 2012 year. Membership monies received at the Annual Meeting in December, 2011 will be applied to the 2012 year.
Membership amounts continue to be $15.00 for a single and $25.00 for a couple. This is a great value if you plan to attend the show all three days! Members are also invited to the annual meeting the first Saturday in December where a delicious catered meal is served before the business meeting. Membership definitely has its benefits, as we were all treated to a delicious smoked pork loin dinner last year.
If you're not sure what the status of your membership is, call the Threshermen Office at (712) 843-2076 and we'll help you figure it out.
